Are your swimwear pieces lined?
Yes! All our swimwear is fully lined for comfort and coverage, designed to make you feel confident whether you’re poolside or exploring coastal towns.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide to style-savvy women across the globe, excluding some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient options:
- Express Shipping (10-15 business days): $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx with door-to-door tracking
- Free Standard Shipping (15-25 business days): Free on orders over $50 via EMS with basic tracking
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For Express shipments, you’ll have door-to-door tracking. Standard shipments include basic tracking through the EMS network.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
International customers may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for US customers.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note international refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
