BAKR is working towards creating a limited series of relaxed street-fit designs that cater to people conscious of what they buy. Garments at BAKR are made in organic cotton, hand-printed and hand-dyed using 100% handcrafted natural colours. The pieces are washed as part of the process, and wherever available, in rainwater harvested and stored for the very purpose; this then gets mostly recycled for other uses.

BAKR products are not meant to be competing with the mainstream products, but are intended as niche sustainable garments only.
