At Cynthia Rowley Style Shop, we want you to love your vacation wardrobe essentials as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our hair accessories, hats, shorts, swimwear, or tops, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned. All swimwear returns must have the original hygiene liner intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead.

To expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return to ensure availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returning items
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
