Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cynthia Rowley vacation essentials as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners (must have original liner intact)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll email you with the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

Tip: To ensure availability, consider placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
